not the first time, hopefully not the last

conversation at work today:

me: Memorial Chapel, this is Anna.
lady on the phone: Hi Donna, I have a question about having a wedding in May.

2 minutes later, she calls back.

me: Memorial Chapel, this is Anna.
lady: Hi Donna, I just called a minute ago.

2 minutes later, the same lady calls again. Determined to assert my true identity, I decide to enunciate as best I can.

me: Memorial Chapel, this is Anna .
lady: Hi Anna, I just spoke to Donna a little while ago about my wedding.


Dang, I'm gonna miss that job next semester. I actually really like answering phones.
