I'm scared to pee because there's a skylight above my toilet.
Did you ever figure out what they were doing up there? Perhaps you would be safer if you wore a really wide brimmed hat when you pee. Ha.

They were celebrating St. Patrick's Day. When the weather gets slightly warmer, college students come outside, drink during the day, yell a lot, and climb on things. Their roof is connected to ours, so they were just walking right over.
